ISO-CK is designed for the separation of the three main isoenzymes of creatine kinase, MM, MB, and BB. Commonly used for the timing and monitoring of cardiac evens, this truly unique assay produces colorimetric results instead of the traditional fluorescent patterns. The colorimetric results allow for improved workflow management as the gels do not have to be scanned immediately. The permanent patterns combined with a clear gel background means scanning and quantitation are easy. Also, gels can be stored for future reference.
